You must be 18 years or older to commission me. I do not take commissions from minors. By commissioning me, you agree that you are of the age of 18 or older.

Communication between the client and artist is expected.

WiPs can be provided upon request. I will send WiPs during sketching.

I have the right to refuse work from anyone if I want, without need for explanation.

By commissioning me, you agree that the I have permission to draw your properties under your direction.

You are paying for a digital product. Nothing will be printed or shipped to you.

All payments must be made in USD, through a PayPal invoice.

I do not begin work until I receive full payment. Larger commissions may arrange a payment plan.

You may request a refund at any time during the process, though your refund will be based on the current progress of the commission. If only the sketch is completed, the refund will only be 75% of the total cost. If any work has been done past the sketch, the refund will only be 50% of the total cost.

If I feel I cannot finish your commission, or cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Simple edits during the sketching phase are free, anything past that may incur additional fees.

Complex edits, characters, and designs may incur additional fees.

I have the right to post and use my artwork any way I see fit.

You will receive the finished artwork in full resolution.

You may repost or share my artwork on any website, with credit given.

You may NOT request another artist to edit my artwork.

You may NOT sell or monetize my artwork in any way.

You may NOT alter my artwork in any way, with the exception of cropping.

You may NOT claim my artwork as your own.
